Shipping & Delivery

We carefully pack every order and keep the packaging as compact as possible.

• Each scarf is wrapped in tissue paper for protection.

• Leather goods are packed in cotton bags.

• An elegant gift box is available on request. It is folded flat for shipping.

• We use plastic-free and recyclable packaging.

• Orders are shipped with DHL GoGreen or, for international shipments, with the shipping carrier specified for the destination.

• To reduce paper use, invoices are sent by email and are not included in printed form.

Processing Time

Our processing time is generally 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.

Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

The delivery times stated are estimated delivery times. They may be extended due to public holidays, weather conditions, or local or regional disruptions affecting the shipping carrier.

The delivery period begins once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Germany

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipping
Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen:
Small parcel: €3.00
Parcel: €5.50
Free shipping on orders over €100.

EU Countries

Estimated delivery time: 5–6 business days after shipping
Standard shipping with DHL Warenpost International: €6.50

All Other Countries

Estimated delivery time: 19–20 business days after shipping
Standard shipping with DHL Warenpost International: €8.00

USA

Estimated delivery time: approx. 20 business days after shipping
Standard shipping with UPS: €30.00

For deliveries to the USA, customs duties, import fees or taxes may apply. These costs are payable by the recipient unless they have already been expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order several items at the same time, they will generally be shipped together.

The delivery time for the entire order is based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.

If you would like an item with a shorter delivery time to be shipped earlier, please place a separate order.

Delivery to Packstations & Post Offices

Delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is possible.

When ordering to a Packstation, please make sure to include your DHL Postnummer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the order needs to be shipped again, the direct costs of reshipping may be charged.

Delivery Delays

The stated delivery times are estimated delivery times. We have no direct control over delays that occur after the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please contact us. We will check the status of the shipment and clarify the next steps with the shipping carrier.

Your statutory rights in the event of delivery delays remain unaffected.

Returns Under the Right of Withdrawal

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that we have properly informed you of this obligation.

Returns Due to Defects

If an item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us before returning it.

In this case, we will provide you with a suitable return shipping label or give you instructions on the appropriate shipping method. Please do not return a defective item at your own expense without contacting us first.

Under the statutory rules concerning defective goods, we cover the necessary costs of remedying the defect, including the necessary shipping costs.

This ensures that you do not have to choose an unnecessarily expensive shipping method for the return.

Delivery Terms

You can also find the applicable delivery times in the individual product descriptions. The delivery times stated there refer to the period from the handover of the order to the shipping carrier until the estimated delivery.

If several items with different delivery times are ordered together, they will generally be shipped together. The longest stated delivery time applies to the entire shipment.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these shipping terms.
