GERMANY
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days
• Standard shipping via DHL GoGreen (incl. VAT):
  – Small package: €3.90
  – Standard package: €5.50
• Free shipping on orders over €100.00

EU COUNTRIES
Shipping to EU countries is currently unavailable.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
• Delivery time: 19–20 business days
• Standard shipping via DHL Warenpost International:
  – Up to 500 g: €9.00
  – From 500 g to 1,000 g: €15.00

USA
• Delivery time: approx. 20 business days
• Standard shipping via UPS: €35.00
• Note: For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

(1) Information on delivery times can be found in the respective product description. The period for delivery begins, in the case of advance payment, on the day after the payment order is given to the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract, and ends upon expiry of the last day of the period.

(2) If multiple items with different delivery times are ordered together, the item with the longest delivery time determines the overall delivery schedule for the shipment. If the customer wishes faster-available items to be delivered earlier, these must be ordered separately.

(3) If a delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, a second delivery attempt will only be made if the customer covers the direct costs of reshipping. These costs correspond to the shipping fees agreed upon at contract conclusion.
